Jessica Myers is Director of Operations for ProSuites Business Parks, where she's responsible for building the operational practices that make flex space work at scale. She designs systems that are repeatable, defensible, and grow with the asset class rather than being bolted on after the fact. Over the last five years in storage and real estate operations, she's worked across every side of the flex space equation: investors evaluating the model, tenants moving into a space for the first time, and self storage operators trying to understand how their own operations translate into flex space. Jessica's work shows up most directly when working with tenants. A meaningful share of ProSuites' tenants are small business owners taking their first real step: turning a side hustle or a passion project into something that generates steady income. Handing someone the keys to that space, she says, is the most rewarding part of the job. Jessica's operational instincts were shaped outside real estate. She spent years running education and childcare programs, where the same skills that matter in flex space operations (training staff, managing difficult situations, presenting a product with conviction) were just as essential. She lives in the St. Charles, Missouri area, where she spends her time outside work cooking, running, and boating with her family.
